Feb 21, 2010 Supplement

Although Alcoa has enjoyed some bullish behavior since early 2009, it has not yet qualified for a Mid-term buy signal. As you can see, it fell sharply and remains at very depressed levels, relative to its historical values prior to late 2008.

This lackluster performance crosses into other seemingly bullish sectors. Integrated Device Technologies has also been a weak participant in the 2009 bull leg.

The once dominant Motorola enjoyed "weak" bullish participation since April 2009, but remains pathetically depressed in value.
